This course is about running your best!
With a
specific focus on ultimate performance technique, we will spend 14 weeks developing your form, your strength and your speed. Prepare to work hard, learn lots and most importantly, to experience results.
All runners are unique with specific histories of training, fitness levels, body types and expectations. As part of this program expect to be challenged from where you are and not beyond where you can go. Only from that place of strength can you progress and ultimately succeed.
We are looking forward to celebrating this journey with you as the group encourages, motivates and empowers each of us. You will be training your physical skill and at the same time digging deep mentally and emotionally to win the reward of a job well done.
