With a specific focus on ultimate performance technique, we will spend 12 weeks developing your form, your strength and your speed. Prepare to work hard, learn lots and most importantly, to experience results.

All runners are unique with specific histories of training, fitness levels, body types and expectations. As part of this program expect to be challenged from where you are and not beyond where you can go. Only from that place of strength can you progress and ultimately succeed.

We are looking forward to celebrating this journey with you as the group encourages, motivates and empowers each of us. You will be training your physical skill, strengthen your core and at the same time digging deep mentally and emotionally to win the reward of a job well done.

Course Prerequisite: Have run a previous 8km

Course Dates: TBA

Time: Training sessions Tuesdays, 6:30 – 8:oo pm / Long Runs Saturdays, 7:00 am

Location: TBA (Each week may differ)

Target Race: Summer 8km-12km

Course Tuition: $90
