Welcome to TeamSolo Runner’s Bootcamp!

sideplank.285182550_stdJoin running coach Dr. Ferenc Stefani and assistants for an inspiring, challenging and fun all summer program. Build confidence, endurance and strength in a motivating team environment. Personalized circuit style sessions focusing on your individual physical abilities offer a safe, effective workout. Minimal equipment necessary, just bring your determination and a smile!

Course Prerequisite: Able to run 15 minutes non-stop

Course dates: Usually starts May and runs till October.

Time: Tuesday  6:30pm – 8:00pm and Thursday 6:00am – 7:00am
